Proposed and billed on a per-project and per-milestone basis, project consulting offers a client company a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to carry out all related activities during new site development and deployment such as cell site need determination, search area maps, site evaluation. Survey existing sites to make appropriate cell site modifications as required. Provide reports and expert witness testimony for planning and zoning board hearings. Perform system optimization such as parameter adjustment, system surveillance, drive test analysis, and determine proper antenna types and configuration. Perform and analyze system drive tests and make appropriate network parameter changes. Develop and/or implement plans, for conceptual planning to turnover. Proposal costs will be associated with each project.
